Final Sale

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference or other personal preferences.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, measurements and sizing information before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, we begin preparing it for dispatch. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been processed.

If you notice an issue immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist if processing has not yet begun.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs showing the damaged or incorrect area
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for consideration.

Handmade & Embellished Products

Many of our garments feature embroidery, mirror work, sequins, gota patti, cutdana, tassels, weaving or other handcrafted details.

Minor variations or irregularities in embroidery, embellishments, weave or finishing are characteristic of handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.

Colour Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to studio lighting, photography and individual screen or device settings.

Such minor colour differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sizing

Please review the sizing information provided on the relevant product page before purchasing.

Incorrect size selection is not considered a product defect.
